Brief and scope
References, sketches, dimensions, stone specs or an existing file. We confirm scope, deliverables and turnaround in writing before starting.

Production
Modelled in Rhino or MatrixGold, with sculpted detail in ZBrush where the piece needs it.

Technical review
Wall thickness, prong dimensions, fillets, stone seating, hollowing and mesh integrity are checked before anything is sent.

Approval and revisions
Two revision rounds are included for white-label work, three for direct brands. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Delivery
Named, versioned files are delivered in the formats you asked for.

Standard CAD is delivered in 24 hours; complex CAD in 48 hours, render sets in 24 hours, and a batch of 20 inside one week.
Practical baselines include bezel walls of 0.8 to 1.0mm or more, prongs of 0.5mm or more, small fillets of 0.2 to 0.25mm, and hollowed walls of 0.6 to 0.8mm. We also check stone seating, watertight mesh, casting and printing viability. These are working baselines, not universal rules; your manufacturer should complete its own final checks for its process.
