Payment

Deposit and delivery

Work is paid 50% as a deposit, with the balance due on delivery. Payments are accepted in USD by Payoneer, Wise or wire. The first piece carries no payment if the client is not satisfied that it is production-ready to their standard.

Revisions

A defined review route

White-label work includes two revision rounds. Direct brand work includes three revision rounds. Changes beyond the original confirmed scope are quoted separately and are not absorbed silently.

Manufacturing and handoff

Final local checks remain with the workshop

AuraCAD performs the agreed production review, including practical checks described on the Jewelry CAD page. The receiving workshop is responsible for final local checks against its own material, casting, printing, stone-setting and manufacturing process.

Ownership and retention

Delivered files and any source files are handled according to the project agreement confirmed in writing before production begins.

The written quote specifies delivered files, source-file access and ownership terms. Please raise any licensing or retention requirements before accepting the quote.

Scope

Organic and ZBrush sculpting, rush work, configurator and web-3D assets, and design-from-scratch concepting are quoted separately. Availability, timeline and any specialist requirements are confirmed per brief.
