Information you choose to share

When you use the enquiry form, AuraCAD collects the details you provide: name, work email, company, website, engagement type, piece count, required outputs, deadline and brief. This information is used to review the request, reply, confirm scope and prepare a quote or delivery plan.

Briefs and files

Confidential project material

Briefs and source files sent through an agreed channel are used only to assess, quote, produce and review the agreed work. They are not published as client work without permission. Client work is treated as confidential, including when specialist contractors are directed on a project.

For file-transfer arrangements, retention questions or a deletion request, contact muhammadsaim@auracad.org. Project-specific requirements can be agreed before files are shared.

Form handling

The enquiry form is processed by Formspree so AuraCAD can receive the submitted details by email. Payment providers are used only when a payment route is agreed. Contact us if you would like details of the providers involved in your project.
